Today's large-scale plastic pelletizing units require a production capacity of over 50 tons per hour, equivalent to an annual capacity of 300,000 to 400,000 tons, and it is difficult to design and manufacture. At present, there are only internationally-designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned large-scale plastic granulation units such as Japan's Kobe Steel, Japan Steel, and Farrell.
Compared with foreign products, China's plastic granulator manufacturing technology is relatively backward. Through the digestion and absorption of imported large granulator technology, China has completed the construction drawing design of an annual output of 70,000 to 100,000 tons of polypropylene mixing extruder units, and mastered various aspects of large-scale granulators and related technologies. Not yet applied. The design and manufacturing level of China's extrusion granulator is quite different from that of foreign countries, and extrusion granulators for large and medium-sized polyolefin devices still rely on imports.
In recent years, China's plastics machinery manufacturing industry has experienced rapid and sustained growth. This point is reflected in the import and export, not only shows that China's plastic machinery in the production of a great increase, but also shows that the domestic plastic machinery in the quality and technology has significantly improved.
At present, China is a big country in the manufacture of plastic machinery. At the same time, it is a big consumer of plastic machinery, but it is not a plastics machinery power. At present, there are about 400 plastics machinery manufacturing enterprises in China, most of which are located in the economically developed southeast coastal areas, mainly in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta. In Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia and Hainan, there are still no plastic machinery manufacturers.
With the continuous expansion of the market capacity of China's plastic machinery, the total amount of imported plastic machinery has not been reduced, and it still accounts for about 50% of the total market capacity.
It will take time to break through the technical bottleneck
So far, the plastic granulation units in China's large-scale ethylene projects have always depended on imports, precision injection molding machines required in electronics and communications engineering, large-scale injection molding machines required in the automotive industry, large-scale multilayer blow molding machines, and packaging industries. A large number of biaxially stretched film production equipment, multi-layer blow molding machines, and precision extruders required in the medical and health field have also been imported. The reason is that the foundation of China's press manufacturing is relatively thin.
On the one hand, there is indeed a gap between the level of China's plastic machinery and the advanced countries, especially some technical difficulties, such as precision injection molding machines, large-scale granulation units, the domestic can not produce, the market is urgently needed, really need to import; on the other hand The performance and quality of domestically-made equipment are not worse than those of imports, and they can fully meet the requirements and are imported from abroad. To solve this problem, apart from further improving its own development and innovation capabilities, the plastics machinery industry also needs to be further improved in terms of management. However, China's press manufacturing companies have been trying to keep up with international standards and actively participate in international competition. Judging from the speed of development and major economic indicators, the plastics machinery industry ranks among the top 190 industries in the machinery industry. Nowadays, the annual production capacity of plastic machinery in China is about 200,000 sets (sets), ranking first in the world.
