In accordance with the principle of “full coverage, zero tolerance, strict supervision, and tangible results,” this special rectification identified five remediation contents, namely, the safety of remediation facilities, the inspection of new, reconstructed, and expanded hazardous chemical construction projects at ports; the construction of rectification archives, Examine the construction of information and archives of storage tanks and pipelines by hazardous chemical companies; revise the management of major hazards, check the registration and safety management of hazardous chemicals companies in the jurisdiction; revise emergency management, check enterprise emergency plans, and emergency equipment , Emergency rescue drills, etc.; Renovation and standardization construction, inspection of enterprises to promote the construction of safe production standards for hazardous chemicals companies in the port, and establish and improve enterprise standards.

The Ministry of Transport requires the port administrative department to take this event as an opportunity to grasp various problems of dangerous chemicals in the ports within the jurisdiction, supervise enterprise rectification, eliminate potential safety hazards, lay a solid foundation, prevent serious accidents, and ensure port safety production.
