After the completion of the transformation, it has reached an annual production capacity of 10 million water meters (including 1 million large-diameter water meters, 7.5 million small-diameter water meters, and 1.5 million smart water meters).

In addition, the company also carried out an overall transformation of the original small-caliber production workshop. A large number of imported automatic calibration stations scheduled for the beginning of the year also arrived one after another. Some equipment has been installed and debugged.

After the technical transformation, compared with the original product, the turndown ratio is greatly improved, the water loss is reduced with full measurement, the pressure loss is greatly reduced, the circulation capacity and the water supply height are increased, and the hydraulic balance technology of the impeller mechanism makes the impeller When the flow rate is slightly larger, it retreats and floats in the middle state. There is no abrasion of the shaft end, which greatly improves the metering life of the water meter.

According to the information, the Ningbo water meter was formally publicly transferred on January 15, 2016 in the national small and medium-sized enterprise share transfer system. In the first half of this year, the company realized operating income of 447.74 million yuan, an increase of 74.03 million yuan over the same period of last year, an increase of 20.19%. The net profit was 65.61 million yuan, an increase of 61.40% from 40.65 million yuan in the same period of last year.
