Cutting machine cleaning tool design innovation

There are more than ten sets of fine cutting machines and underwater cutting machines in the pumping department of the concrete machinery company. The daily maintenance time of each cutting machine takes about 30 minutes. Weekly maintenance requires diesel cleaning of the guide rails and racks for a longer period of time. Each cutting machine takes about several hours of equipment maintenance time. Employee maintenance and labor time is long, labor intensity is large, and equipment maintenance takes time, which reduces equipment utilization efficiency. According to statistics, in June 2013, before the TBM (full production and maintenance) project was fully carried out in the blanking workshop, the equipment mobility rate was only 74.32%.
Is there any way to increase the mobility of the equipment and reduce the labor intensity of the employees? After a series of discussions by the equipment security room engineer Chen Ke, the squad leader Feng Xiaofeng and the flame cutting machine director Zhu Zhiguo, the design concept of a tooling was released one week later. They add a tooling to the rear seat of the cutting machine, and the brush is placed on the front and side of the tooling. The tooling also has an automatic refueling device. When the rail needs to be oiled, it is only necessary to open the valve. Clean and add oil in one step, so that you only need to start the machine to run back and forth once, the rails are clean and can be lubricated and maintained at the same time.
After measurement and verification, the maintenance time of the equipment was significantly reduced, the daily maintenance time decreased by 67%, the weekly maintenance time decreased by 58%, and the equipment failure rate was also significantly reduced. The mobility of the equipment increased from 74.32% in June to 82.62 in December. %, making the workshop TPM project achieve its goal successfully.
At the conference of the excellent improvement case of the concrete machinery company in the quarter, the design of the cutting machine cleaning tool won the second prize of the branch's “Excellent Improvement Proposal”.
