Loader Pressure Reducing Valve
The Loader pressure reducing valve is used in the brake gas circuit and hydraulic oil circuit.
Pressure reducing valve is a pressure control valve that makes use of the principle of liquid flow through the gap to produce pressure drop, so that the export oil pressure is lower than the import oil pressure, in order to meet the needs of the actuator.
The pressure reducing valve has two kinds of direct action type and pilot type, generally using the pilot type. Figure 1 shows the structure of the pilot pressure reducing valve, which consists of two parts, that is, the pilot valve pressure regulating, the main valve decompression.
When working, the hydraulic oil enters from the oil inlet P1, flows to the oil outlet P2 through the gap of the main valve, and is sent to the actuator. The left end of the main spool has an axial groove B, and the center of the spool has a damping hole E. The decompression oil can pass through the notch A, damping hole E, oil chamber F and hole G to the lower end of the pilot valve and give the cone valve an upward liquid pressure. When the load is small, the pressure of the oil outlet is less than the set pressure when the conical valve is not open, the oil pressure at the left and right ends of the main spool is equal, the main spool is pressed to the lowest position under the action of the balance spring, the slit D formed by the main spool and the valve body is the largest, the pressure loss is the smallest when the oil flows through, then the pressure reducing valve is in a non-working state, located in normally open. When load is bigger, the oil outlet pressure reaches the setting pressure, cone valve is opened, control the oil to flow, the damping hole e on the main valve core has the oil flow, pressure drop, the winner of the valve core right end hydraulic oil pressure is less than the left end, under the action of pressure difference, the main valve core to overcome balance and play the role of the spring moves to the right, reduce the main valve opening of slit d, producing pressure drop. The pressure drop can be adjusted automatically, the oil pressure at the outlet is stable at the set value, and the pressure reducing valve is in working state at this time. When the load is larger, the throttle port D will be smaller, the pressure drop will be larger, and the pressure at the outlet will be stable at the set value
