This is a kind of slime sorting equipment successfully developed in China in the early 1960s. Its groove surface is flat, with ribs on both sides, continuous linear motion, large slope of the belt surface, thin film to 1mm, very high flow rate. low, mainly laminar flow, concentrate enrichment ratio, usually used with centrifugal concentrator, the latter will concentrate further selection. The device has a simple structure but low processing power.
The belt chute has been finalized. The specifications are 1000nmm and 3000mm long (including 2400mm in the rough part and 600mm in the selected part). There are mainly single layer and double layer.
The structures of the single and double double belt chutes are shown in Figures 1 and 2, respectively.
The main technical parameters of the single-layer and double-layer 3000mm×1000mm belt chutes produced by Ningde Gravity Selection Plant are as follows:
Belt slope: 13°~17°
Belt speed: 30mm/s
Flow film flow rate: 100mm/s
Recycling size: 0.010~0.074mm
Unit load: 0.3~0.4t/m 2 •d
