1.Degassing, dehydration and filtering of oil with variable oil through put in one or several passes
2.Adopt back flushing system, which can clear impurities automatically.
3.Double primary filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision
4. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good function in anti-corrosive. Especially, the precision of eliminates impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
6. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
7.Adopts interlocked protective system, which connected oil pump, heater, and oil level sensor, avoiding blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
