It is understood that the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and other companies jointly implement remanufactured products throughout the country and “replace them with old ones” and subsidize the eligible remanufactured products such as automobile engines and transmissions in accordance with the replacement price of 10%. It is expected that subsidies will be returned. The rules for consumers will be implemented in the near future, further stimulating consumers to purchase remanufactured products.
