Vibration speed sensor

I have a new saying about the vibration speed sensor.

The vibration speed sensor is an inertial sensor that uses a magnetoelectric induction principle to convert a vibration signal into a voltage signal, which is proportional to the vibration speed value. It can be used to measure the vibration of the bearing housing, housing or structure (absolute vibration relative to the inertial space). It can be installed directly outside the machine and is extremely easy to use and maintain.


1 working principle


The vibration speed sensor uses the principle of magnetoelectric induction to transform the vibration signal into an electrical signal. It is mainly composed of a magnetic circuit system, inertial mass, spring and other parts. A magnet is rigidly fixed in the sensor housing, and the inertial mass (coil assembly) is suspended from the housing by a spring element. During operation, the sensor is mounted on the machine. When the machine vibrates, within the operating frequency range of the sensor, the coil and the magnet move relative to each other, and the magnetic field lines are cut, and an induced voltage is generated in the coil, and the voltage value is proportional to the vibration speed value. Matching with the secondary instrument (such as series, series instruments and series of instruments produced by the company), the vibration speed or displacement can be displayed. It can also be sent to other secondary instruments or AC voltmeters for measurement.
