In order to manufacture durable rubber products and reduce the “ageing†of the tire during use, “anti-aging agents†should be added to the rubber compound. The quality of antioxidants plays a crucial role in the service life and safety of the tires. At present, the anti-aging agent 4020 in our country is an important anti-aging agent that must be added to the tire, but it has the disadvantages of high consumption, high energy consumption, and sewage discharge. Precious metal catalyzed reactions are commonly used abroad, with mild reaction conditions, good product quality, and no copper damage. There is no such large-scale production facility in China.
After 3 years of hard work, the Ding Jun Committee professor team of Qingdao University of Science and Technology has developed a new type of rubber anti-aging agent production technology. Compared with the original technology, the generation of impurities and energy consumption are reduced. In addition, all the toxic waste water discharged from the outside was reused in the replenishment system, realizing zero discharge of waste water in a true sense.
