Recently, the 12 million tons/year oil refinery project of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. contracted by China Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. was successfully tested. It indicates that the power source for the 12 million tons/year refinery project of Quanhua in Quanzhou has been completed.
Sinochem Quanzhou's 12 million-ton/year oil-refining project is invested by China Sinochem Corporation and is a key project of the National Economic Zone on the west bank of the Straits. It is listed as one of the key projects completed and put into production during the “12th Five-Year Plan†period. The project is located in Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Park, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, with a total investment of 28.714 billion yuan. It mainly produces kerosene, gasoline, diesel, benzene, toluene, mixed xylene, polypropylene, liquefied gas, sulfur, and chemical light oil.
China National Chemical Engineering Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of this project's air-pressure installation Jian'an Project. The construction contents mainly include centrifugal air compressors, waste heat regeneration dryers, instrument air boosters and medium-pressure instrument air ball cans. Since its commencement on April 25th, 2012, the company has organized, scientifically constructed, and strictly managed, and has actively cooperated with the owners, and successfully completed the construction of the air compressor at the end of May 2013.
