3 Preparation and inspection contents of the slurry pump before driving
3.1 Before driving, it is necessary to check whether the suction valve is in the closed state, check the lubrication of each lubrication point; check the tightness of the bolts in each part.
3.2 Turn on the water pump, open the front water seal of the slurry pump, fill the pump chamber and open the exhaust valve. After filling the water, close the exhaust valve.
Check the open shaft sealing water and check whether the shaft sealing water quantity and water pressure are suitable. Adjust the packing gland pressing screw. The shaft sealing water pressure is generally higher than the pump outlet pressure 0.1MPa.
3.3 Check that the sizing pipe valve is open.
3.4 Open the feed valve and the liquid level must exceed the suction line.
3.5 Check for debris around the device and start it after confirming normal.
4 Parking sequence and precautions
4.1 10 minutes before parking, it is necessary to inhale the clean water to keep the pipeline clean. The lower the liquid level of the slurry tank, the better, before closing the suction valve and opening the overflow valve.
4.2 After the tailings slurry pump stops, open the clean water valve in time, rinse the slurry pipeline, and close the clean water valve after the slurry pipeline clears water.
4.3 When a sudden accident stops, open the pipeline relief valve in time to prevent the slurry in the pump and pipeline from being blocked, and the tailings conveying pipeline is cleaned with clean water.
