Recently, Korean researchers have developed an "OLED patch" that can be used as a carrier called Photobiomodulation Technology (abbreviated as PBM). PBM is a light therapy that uses lasers or light-emitting diodes to improve tissue repair and reduce pain and inflammation.
OLED patches are only palm-sized, lightweight, flexible, and durable. It weighs only 0.82 grams and is 676 microns thick. The patch can run for more than 300 hours and can be bent along a curve with a radius of 20 mm. And, its temperature is always kept below 40 degrees Celsius, avoiding the risk of a primary burn.
