In practice, we encounter many users in the later stage. The main cause of problems in the process is the installation of incorrect locks.

1. Preparation before installation of the instrument:
The preparation work before the installation of the vortex flowmeter is particularly important. You must carefully read the instructions of the flowmeter to understand the structure , installation environment, installation requirements and installation in strict accordance with the instructions. The instrument that is put into operation after installation is also Pay attention to safety measures, especially high temperature and high pressure media.
2. Request for advice:
1) Determine whether the vibration of the pipeline is too large during installation, and avoid installing it on the pipeline with large vibration, so that it is not necessary to triangulate the pipeline;
2) In the installation environment, when the flowmeter is subjected to strong heat radiation from other equipments outside, the instrument is insulated or ventilated;
3), sufficient space should be reserved around the vortex flowmeter for later meter reading and maintenance;
4), vortex flowmeter can be installed vertically, horizontally, tilted, etc., but if the medium is liquid, it must be full, when it is installed vertically, the liquid needs to flow from bottom to top;
5), we recommend that the vortex flowmeter be installed as far as possible downstream of the valve;
6) Ensure that the steam vortex flowmeter must have a certain straight pipe length before and after;
3. Some precautions when installing the vortex flowmeter:
1), must pay attention to the installation, do not install the vortex flowmeter reverse, our factory's vortex flowmeter has a clear arrow mark, remember! The direction indicated by the arrow must be consistent with the direction of fluid flow, otherwise the flow meter will not work;
2) Our engineers generally recommend that the instrument be installed vertically on the horizontal pipe, but since some users have limited installation sites, they can also be installed horizontally, but try to install vertically upwards;
3), there must be a certain straight pipe distance before and after the instrument. The reason for this is because of the Karman vortex principle of the working principle of the vortex flowmeter, the fluid must have a certain distance to generate the vortex, and the distance cannot meet the requirements. The instrument data will have certain errors. The specific requirements can be seen in the following figure:
If the distance between the front and the back cannot be guaranteed, the minimum and minimum distances must be 10 times in the upstream and 5 times in the downstream. Otherwise, the meter will not work normally.
