Fillex's BL series are the most stable two-step fully-automatic pet stretch-blow moulding machines(reheat).
It has one to eight cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 2L. It can blow bottles in shapes: Carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic 
of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

1. Conveying preforms automatically with conveyor. 
2. Strong penetrability and good and swift distribution of the heat by letting the bottles rotate by itself and 
revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared preheater. 
3. High safeties with security automatic-locking apparatus in each mechanical action, which will make the 
procedures turn into a state of safety in case of a breakdown in certain procedure. 
4. No contamination and low noise with the air cylinder to drive the action instead of the oil pump. 
5. Satisfaction with different atmospheric pressure for blowing and mechanical action by dividing the blowing and action into three parts in the air pressure diagram of the machine.

BB Bulk Blending Fertilizer

Bulk Blending Fertilizer (BB Fertilizer/Mixture of Fertilizer) is a kind of compound granular fertilizer mixed by several single fertilizers or compound fertilizers according to certain proportion. It has characters of granule uniformity, less water, moderate granule intensity, no agglomeration, easy to use and low cost.

The formulation (N,P,K content) of BB Fertilizer can be flexibly changed according to the crop`s nutrition requirement, local soil fertility, crops growing levels and other conditions, therefore BB Fertilizer is more scientific and targeted especially for balance fertilization.

1) Applicable to all kinds of economic crops, such as vegetables, fruits, tubers & tobacco ,etc.

1. Used for vegetables: topdressing in fast growth period, 15-20 kilograms / per acre / each time.

2. Used for tubers: topdressing in expanding period of earthnut, 20-25 kilograms / per acre.

3. Used for tobacco: topdressing in resetting stage, 20-25 kilograms / each time.

4. Used for fruits: topdressing in fruit enlargement period, 0.5-1.5 kilograms / per plant / each time.

2) BB Fertilizer can also mixed by derivatives of urea as slow-released fertilizer or coated urea as control-released fertilizer.
