The flotation machine was successfully developed by the North Mine Institute in the first half of the 1980s, and its structure is shown in Figure 1.
The machine has a new double-sided impeller (Fig. 2). The impeller and other spindle components form the upper and lower impeller chambers. Air is filled between the main shaft and the center cylinder, a part of the air is filled into the upper impeller chamber, and another part of the air is filled into the lower impeller chamber through the trapezoidal hole, and the upper and lower impeller chambers simultaneously draw the circulating slurry in both directions, so that the impeller can simultaneously perform the two-way inflation and Two-way loop. The stator blade is composed of two sections, one section of the impeller is turned at a 4 degree angle to the radial direction, and the other section is arranged in a radial direction, and the two sections are transitioned by a circular arc. The stator blade of the cross-sectional shape overcomes the swirling phenomenon of the slurry after the air bubbles dispersed by the turbulent flow out of the stator together with the slurry and enter the turbulent flow zone of the flotation tank in the radial direction.
The flotation machine mainly has a specification, and its technical performance is: the effective volume of the trough is 5.18m 3 , the length of the trough is × the width × the height = 1.8m × 1.8m × 1.6m, and the production capacity according to the slurry is 2~10m 3 /min, spindle speed 191, 208r/min, impeller peripheral speed 5.5, 6m / s, spindle motor model JO 2 -71-8, power 13kW, maximum charge 2.08 3 / m 2 • min, inflation pressure 16kPa.

Characteristics:
1.Structure. Panels and base frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.
2.Compressor. Hermetic scroll type compressor, equipped with the crankcase heater and thermal protection with thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater mounted on rubber vibration isolators.
3.Axial fan. External rotor type axial fans, equipped with single phase direct drive motors, low noise 6 poles, protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille.
4.Evaporator. High efficiency and low pressure drop stainless steel (AISI 316) water exchangers, with anti-freeze heating element (option) and differential pressure switch, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.
5.Condenser. Coils are consisting of seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins, 100% fully quality tested; sub cooling circuit to prevent freezing at the base (optional); protected with metal grill.
6.Desuperheater: High efficiency stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material (optional).
7.Refrigerant circuit. Copper tube connection with charge valve, filter, sight glass, gas-liquid separator, thermostatic expansion valve, low pressure switch with automatic reset, high pressure switch with manual reset. The heat pump unit is completed also with 4-way valve, liquid receiver and one way valve.
8.Water circuit. Built with air vent valve, water drain connection, and female-threaded hydraulic connectors. Water pump (8kW-30kW), differential pressure switch. Expansion tank (8kW-30kW)
9.Electric panel. Consists of:
