On July 4, 2012, the China-Friendship Peace Development Foundation and Kumho Tire signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the inauguration ceremony for “The Future Belongs to the Children’s Fundâ€. With the signing of this cooperation agreement, Kumho Tire aims to sign the “Future Belongs to the Child Fund†through cooperation with the China Peace and Peaceful Development Foundation and give full play to the platform advantages of the China Friendship Peace Development Foundation, making “Future Belongs to the Child Fund†more effective. It is used to cultivate the musical talents of intellectually backward children.
The fund is mainly used in Peizhi schools in Beijing, Nanjing and other districts to conduct concerts, music lectures, music popularization and teacher training. The implementation period of the fund is five years, RMB 600,000 per year, and the total amount is RMB 3 million.
