Effects of Fertilizer Application on Soil Organic Matter and Trace Elements

Fertilizer is indispensable in agricultural production. The use of fertilizers can increase soil organic matter content, increase the proportion of trace elements in soil, increase soil fertility, provide sufficient nutrients for crop production, and provide assistance for increasing grain production and increasing agricultural income. The soil tester can determine the changes of soil organic matter and trace elements before and after the use of fertilizer, and provide data for rational fertilization.

1. Compared with 1980, soil organic matter, available nitrogen and available phosphorus content all increased in 2006, and the content of available potassium showed a downward trend. From the coefficient of variation, the coefficient of variation of organic matter increased, and the overall coefficient of variation of available nutrients decreased. However, the coefficient of variation of available phosphorus in both stages was higher, being 82.9% and 52.89%, respectively, and it was moderately variable. This variation reflects the gradual and consistent process of fertilizer input and soil nutrient distribution. The skewness and kurtosis test indicated that both soil nutrient data were in lognormal distribution.

2. Spatial variation analysis showed that the soil nutrient C0/C0+C increased significantly from 1980 to 2006, indicating that the spatial variation caused by the random part was higher than that caused by the autocorrelation part. The organic matter and available potassium show isotropic, while the available nitrogen and fast-acting phosphorus show strong anisotropy in the northeast-southwest direction. The former is mainly affected by the soil type, while the latter is mainly influenced by calcareous soil. Effect of the effect.

3. Factors influencing soil organic content and available nutrient content in cultivated soil In addition to climate, biology, and soil parent material, the influence of human factors such as the fineness of cultivation, fertilizer input, and cropping system on tillage soil is mainly affected. From 1980 to 2006, the variation of organic matter and available nutrient contents in cultivated soil of Minqin Oasis was characterized by “decreasing and increasing at the middle of the two ends”, indicating that the process of spatial distribution of soil nutrients was mainly increasing from southwest to northeast to the center. Fertilizer input and planting structure in different irrigation areas are the main influencing factors of this spatial distribution.

Forging Parts

Metal forging is a processing method that uses a forging machine to apply pressure to a metal blank to make it a part of a certain shape and size. The forging process can change the metal structure and improve the metal properties, making it have higher mechanical properties than the raw materials. Therefore, forging is usually given priority to workpieces that require relatively high strength and heavy load-bearing. Because the forging process is a process of up and down pressing, the structure of the workpiece cannot be too complicated, and only some workpieces with a relatively simple structure can be formed. If the structure of some workpieces is relatively complex, we can form a structure that can be forged, and then obtain the desired structure through subsequent secondary CNC machining, but the relative cost will be relatively high.

SCZY has very rich experience in metal forging, as well as subsequent secondary CNC machining and surface treatment. We are mainly engaged in the processing of forged parts such as aluminum alloy forging, copper alloy forging, carbon steel forging, alloy steel forging and Stainless Steel Forging, as well as subsequent secondary CNC machining and surface treatment.
