Production Description

The unit consists of subsurface line-frequency cored combination furnace, micro-stroke backstepping drawing machine, synchronous shearing machine, take-up machine and so on. The working process is automatically controlled by PLC system. The technical parameters are easy to adjust, so that the quality of casting is significantly improved. The equipment is characterized by advanced technology, novel structure and energy saving, suitable for producing copper strips, brass strips and zinc-copper-nickel alloy strips.
