The equipment is mainly composed of a box, a refrigeration system, a heating system, an air circulation system, and a control system.

The shell of the box is electrostatically sprayed with cold-rolled steel plates. The inner plate is made of high-quality stainless steel. A large-area observation window is provided in the middle of the box door, and an observation lamp is provided so that the user can clearly see the test conditions of the sample. The overall appearance is elegant and generous. The insulation layer is a rigid polyurethane foam with a small amount of ultra-fine glass wool, which has high strength and good heat preservation characteristics. The main temperature control device of the device adopts intelligent digital display temperature and humidity control instrument, humanized design of the operating method, easy to learn and easy to use, and the instrument operation of different functional grades are mutually compatible. The input uses a digital correction system, built-in thermocouple and thermal resistance nonlinear correction table, accurate and stable measurement. With position adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment function, 0.2 level accuracy, multiple alarm modes. Heating, cooling, independence, unique BTHC balance thermostat mode. The refrigeration system adopts a totally enclosed imported compressor group, a mechanical single-stage refrigeration or a regenerative cryogenic circuit system, and a fully automatic control and safety protection coordination system. Heating uses stainless steel finned heating tubes.
