This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of circular vibrating screens for warm materials.

This standard applies to circular vibrating screens for warm materials (hereinafter referred to as circular vibrating screens). The sieve machine is mainly suitable for road construction, coke and other industries, and is used for the particle size classification of medium and small granular loose materials with a temperature of 80 ° C to 200 ° C.

3 product classification

3.1 The warm material uses a circular vibrating screen as a single motor transmission device to drive a single vibrator in the upper part of the inclined screen box with two arc-shaped multi-layer screen surfaces. The movement track at the vibrator is a circular seat-mounted vibrating screen. . The transmission system such as the vibrator and the motor is exposed outside the dustproof and heat-insulated cover attached to the sieve machine, and the motor can be mounted to the left or right.

3.2 The model representation of the circular vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 1604 .

3.3 The basic parameters of the circular vibrating screen should meet the requirements of Table 1 .

4 technical requirements

4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 The circular vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of this standard and JB/T 5496 , and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

4.1.2 The mechanical properties and chemical composition of the cast carbon steel parts, alloy structural steel parts, high-quality carbon structural steel parts, ordinary carbon structural steel parts and boiler steel parts used in the circular vibrating screen shall comply with the corresponding national standards.

4.1.3 The purchased parts and the outsourced parts shall have the certificate of conformity and shall be assembled by the quality inspection department.

4.2 Main parts quality requirements

4.2.1 Screen box

4.2.1.1 The flatness error of the two sides of the screen box shall not exceed 1 mm per square meter .

4.2.1.2 The side plates shall be made of Q245R material with mechanical properties not lower than GB 713 - 2008 , and shall not be spliced.

4.2.1.3 After the screen frame is formed, the diagonal length error shall not exceed 1 mm per meter .

4.2.1.4 The support members of the screen surface shall be made of materials with a temperature requirement of 200 ° C.

4.2.1.5 All the support points of the screen surface shall be combined with an arc surface. The line profile error of any circular line on any section perpendicular to the arc surface busbar shall not exceed 1 mm .

4.2.1.6 One end of the metal braided mesh on the screen box is tensioned with a tensioning hook equipped with a metal coil spring. The tension should be balanced. The difference between the static compression height of each spring on each screen should not exceed 1 mm .

4.2.2 vibrator

4.2.2.1 The relative position of the eccentric block should be consistent after assembly, and the relative position deviation should not be greater than 1mm .

4.2.2.2 The axial movement of the vibrator shall be 1mm to 2mm .

The concentricity of the bearing housing bore tolerance 4.2.2.3 vibrator should meet GB / 1184 T - 6 a predetermined tolerance of the aperture 1996 to the main parameters. Two shaft bearings mounted vibrator shaft coaxial tolerance should meet GB / 1184 T - 6 a predetermined tolerance in 1996 to the main shaft diameter parameters.

4.2.2.4 The universal joint shaft used on the vibrator shall comply with the provisions of QC/T 29082 .

4.2.3 dustproof cover

4.2.3.1 The dust cover should be sealed and dustproof.

4.2.3.2 The flatness of the surface of the dust cover steel plate shall not exceed 2 mm per square meter .

4.2.4 Matching parts

4.2.4.1 The woven screen shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 9032 .

4.2.4.2 Metal coil springs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 1239.4 .

4.2.4.3 torsional shear strength bolts level of performance should be consistent with GB / T 3633 - 1995 10.9S level of provisions.

4.2.4.4 The tensile strength of the ring groove rivet shall not be lower than 785MPa or the hardness shall not be lower than 26HRC .

4.3 machine performance requirements

4.3.1 The amplitude deviation should not exceed 0.5mm .

4.3.2 The vibration frequency deviation should not exceed 2.5% of the specified value .

4.3.3 The horizontal swing of the screen box should not exceed 1mm .

4.3.4 The amplitude difference between any two symmetrical points on both sides of the screen box should not exceed 0.5mm .

4.3.5 The temperature rise of the bearing part during no-load shall not exceed 40 °C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 °C.

4.3.6 No-load operation noise should not exceed 88dB ( A ).

4.3.7 At the two symmetrical spring supports of the screen box, the difference between the static compression heights of the springs should not exceed 3 mm .

4.4 Security requirements

4.4.1 The rotating parts of the circular vibrating screen shall have a safety shield.

4.4.2 The safety requirements for circular vibrating screen electrical equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB 5226.1 .

4.4.3 The upper part of the circular vibrating screen dust cover shall be provided with a safety fence, and one side shall be provided with a ladder.

4.5 Appearance quality requirements

4.5.1 Metal structure parts descaling level injection and ejection shall not be lower than sa2 1 / 2 , manual or power tools shall not be lower than St3 , and the coating quality shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.12 .

4.5.2 The paint material shall comply with the requirements of Type II external paint for HG/T 2454 - 2006 .

4.5.3 There shall be no defects such as leakage welding, pores, slag inclusion and surfacing in the weld.

4.6 complete supply range

The complete scope of supply of the circular vibrating screen shall include:

a ) Screen box ( vibrator, screen assembly);

b ) Transmission and safety shield;

c ) Damping device and support;

d ) Motor and bracket;

e ) Dust cover and guardrail, ladder.

5 test methods

The test method for the circular vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 4042 .

6 inspection rules

6.1 Inspection classification

The inspection of the circular vibrating screen is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

6.2 Factory inspection

6.2.1 Each circular vibrating screen shall be ex-factory after passing the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The factory shall be accompanied by documents proving that the quality of the product is qualified.

6.2.2 factory inspection carried out at the factory, no-load operation 4h inspection requirements 4.3 and 4.5.

6.3 type test

6.3.1 For one of the following conditions, the circular vibrating screen shall be type tested:

a ) When a new product is put into production or an old product is transferred to the factory:

b ) After formal production, the product structure, materials or processes have undergone major changes, which may affect product performance;

c ) In normal production, the inspection is performed every three years;

d ) Suspension of production for more than one year, when production resumes;

e ) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection;

f ) When the national quality supervision agency proposes to carry out type inspection requirements.

6.3.2 Type inspection items shall include all the requirements of this standard.

6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out from one of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, the sampling shall be doubled. If it is still unqualified, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified.

7 logos, labels and instructions for use

7.1 Each circular vibrating screen shall be fixed with a product label in an obvious and appropriate position. The signs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306 and shall be marked with the following contents:

a ) Manufacturer name and address:

b ) Product model and name;

c ) The main technical parameters;

d ) Product implementation standard number;

e ) Factory date and number.

7.2 The packaging mark of the circular vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 6388 and GB/T 191 , and the contents include:

a ) Delivery station and arrival station;

b ) Receipt unit address and name;

c ) Product name and model number;

d ) Contract number and package label;

e ) Manufacturer's name, date of manufacture and serial number;

f ) Net weight, total weight and dimensions;

g ) Center of gravity, lifting line and storage and transportation logo.

The instruction manual of 7.3 circular vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of GB 9969.1 .

8 packaging, transportation and storage

8.1 The box and package of circular vibrating screen shall comply with GB /T 13384 , FB/T 5000.13 and water and land transportation requirements.

8.2 Removed parts, fasteners and random technical documents are placed in the package, and the remaining parts are bundled or bare.

8.3 Random technical documents are packaged in plastic bags and placed in boxes. The documents include:

a ) Product quality certificate;

b ) Instruction Manual;

c ) Complete set of delivery schedules;

d ) instructions.

8.4 Circular vibrating screen storage should be leveled, stabilized, and at a certain distance from the ground, and should not be stacked. Store in the open air for protection against rain, sun and water.

8.5 round vibrating screen should be maintained once every year.
