Recently, in order to adapt to the market and meet the needs of different customers, the technical engineering department of Beijing Construction Engineering Machinery Factory has developed a new tower crane QTZl60 after more than three months of technical research. The tower crane has a boom arm length of 60 meters, an arm tip weight of 2 tons, and a rated lifting torque of 160 tons. The hoisting mechanism adopts the two-speed winding motor under the PLC programmable controller, which has higher control precision and stronger reliability than the original tower RCS mechanism; the slewing mechanism uses the torque motor, compared with the original tower series electromagnetic coupling The design has a low failure rate: the car uses frequency conversion technology to make the operation more stable. Its biggest advantage is that the working coverage is increased to meet the needs of mid-rise construction.


It is reported that the tower crane has completed the design of the pattern, the overall design calculation, the calculation of the main load-bearing steel structure, the tooling design, and the process estimation, and the preparation work before the trial production is underway.
